Bone brothprovides nutrients to many different body systems and can also be used to enhance gastrointestinal health. It has been used for thousands of years in countries around the world as a natural remedy for many different ailments.
Gluten sensitivity, infections, stress and toxin buildups can all damage the delicate protective mucosal lining of the digestive tract. The deterioration results in a condition known as leaky gut. As the lining now has increased permeability, food particles, microbes and harmful chemical compounds are able to pass through the stomach lining. The body’s immune system perceives the substances as an attack and responds accordingly, which leads to inflammation and pain. Thegelatinand other compounds naturally found inbone brothhelp heal stomach lining.
